Dr. Melissa J. Boston, Ed.D.

Dr. Boston is the Founder of Leaders Learn. With more than 20 years of experience in special education leadership, school administration, university teaching, reading intervention, instructional coaching, and parent advocacy, she brings both deep expertise and genuine care to every family, educator, and school community she works with.

Her background includes serving as a school principal, adjunct university faculty, special education coordinator, and educational consultant — giving her a rare, comprehensive view of what students, educators, and schools need to succeed.
